The existing IT infrastructure of theater represents about 20 servers and more than 150 personal computers. Almost all these systems are crucial - even minute idle time can negatively affect organization activity.

Being budget organization the theater is not able to afford purchase costs of the systems of information security support on an equal basis with commercial structures. Time of salaried employees of department of IT is hardly enough for the solution of the current tasks. In these conditions the theater was come to the aid by specialists of Help360 company integrator who suggested to carry out the implementing solution Trend Micro Worry-Free Security with the subsequent its support. Within the project in Help360 company the system of unification of information infrastructure of theater, including the main profiles of the used software was developed. As a security system of servers and workstations the solution Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security 7.0 Advanced is selected. The previous anti-virus solution was not capable to cope with the reputation costs caused, in particular, by long epidemic of Conficker - the most popular threat of 2010.

The integrated solution of Hosted Email Security executes a role not only the full-fledged standby mail server, but also undertakes all work on cleaning of mail traffic. This solution which is not requiring additional service helps to be spam-protected and other threats using technologies of multilevel scanning of e-mail in cloud network environment based on Trend Micro™ Smart Protection™ Network, thereby helping to increase performance and capacity. Possibilities of intellectual technology of scanning of Smart Scan help to transfer workload from endpoints to the local anti-virus server.
