MUSES of central district hospital of Belokalitvinsky district of RO (Cisco TelePresence)

Within implementation of the departmental target program "Upgrade of Health Care of the Rostov Region for 2011-2012" in medical institutions implementation of modern information technologies for the purpose of quality improvement of services to the population is carried out. Creation of the telemedicine systems is one of mechanisms of quality improvement of diagnosing and treatment of the patients who are especially living in the remote localities. By means of the systems of a video conferencing the effect of real-life communication, a possibility of exchange of experience and data transmission is created.

The project on telemedicine for needs Municipal authority of health care of Belokalitvinsky district of the Rostov region "Central district hospital" is implemented by the Aystek system integrator (iStack) on the equipment Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20. Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20 provides a video conferencing of the high definition (HD) 1080p with 4-fold image magnification and maintains functionality of the VIDEOCONFERENCING normal terminals: (for example, broadcast of double-stream video (dualstream) with support of permissions to WXGAp15). A system is manageable and has a user-friendly interface, completely meeting the requirements of MUSES of central district hospital of Belokalitvinsky district. All building block system and therefore is a possibility of further expansion of architecture.
