The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of beauty shop "Your Style" by means of the solution "BIT: Beauty". As a result of automation the salon managed to achieve cost reduction due to optimization of accounting of the used supplies.
The Your Style salon offers a full range of hairdresser's services, carries out the SPA procedure for problem hair, masters of salon also do manicure and a pedicure.
Until implementation of the industry software product work with clients in salon was not automated, material accounting was also carried out manually. The management of salon made the decision on need of use of the industry solution giving following features: control of work of masters; analysis of vendor relations; control of the material consumption; full control of process of customer relations, etc.
Satisfy all requirements of the company, having integrated conducting operational and management accounting in a common information space the program "BIT allowed: Beauty", developed taking into account specifics of business processes of the enterprises working in beauty industry.
Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company carried out (BIT) installation and setup of the program taking into account needs of the client, provided elementary education of users. Besides, protection against possible failures was provided by means of the set archiver of databases.
In a project deliverable: account of the rendered services and sales is kept; the uniform customer base with preserving of all history of relationship is created; for increase in a customer loyalty the loyalty system is implemented, in the program automatic calculation of discounts is configured.
