Company "1C: Homnet Consulting" and RosBusinessConsulting media holding completed in 2011 the first stage of the joint project on implementation of the software product "Homnet: IFRS" for automation of management accounting. This solution allowed RBC to prepare the management reporting to conduct budgeting and planning.

The leadership team of RBC made the decision on implementation of the specialized software product on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform intended for conducting management accounting and reporting according to the IFRS standards. According to the results of the held tender the RBC holding selected from quality of the partner in project implementation the company "1C: Homnet Consulting", and product quality program "Homnet: IFRS". "Homnet: IFRS" - the specialized solution of the company "1C: Homnet Consulting" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, intended for accounting according to the principles of international standards (MSFO, GAAP) and managerial financial accounting.

Staff of RBC jointly with specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" made the decision step by step to implement the program "Homnet: IFRS". The first stage - automation of management accounting, the second stage - automation of a reporting preparation according to IFRS. A project team of RBC, together with "1C: Homnet Consulting", Homnet implemented a product ":" Based on 1C: Accounting CORP also carried out by IFRS individual preference and completion of a system according to the first stage. The unified information system is created in 20 workplaces. The average number of active users - 10. The average number of documents in a system - 8,650 in a month. Implementation of the software product "Homnet: IFRS" allowed the staff of RosBusinessConsulting to keep management accounting on 25 companies of holding in which there are about 50 projects, to regularly prepare the reporting, to build budgets and to keep the plan-faktovy the analysis of financial performance of holding.

And also quickly to create budgets for the configured cuts with different options, detail of planning, comparison with the actual and historical data. The Homnet Consulting company and RosBusinessConsulting media holding completed in September, 2013 the next stage of the joint project on implementation of the software product "Homnet: IFRS". Completion of the block "Homnet. IFRS: The treasury" provides centralized operation with payments of the company, formation and approval of requests for payment and planned cash receipts, automatic control of the current payments in real time.

One of the most important stages of implementation was adaptation of the software product under features of business processes of holding, in particular before the staff of RBC and specialists Homnet Consulting there was an effective objective: provide the centralized treasury of large holding (the financial director of holding, treasurers and accountants making payments) with the effective mechanism on planning and implementation of cash transactions.

In the course of completion of the block Treasury was succeeded to create the effective tool for reflection of the intra group movement of money allowing:

  • Separate intra group transactions from the others (new transaction types)
  • Make autocalculation of a receipt amount (when translating between raznovalyutny schyota of holding)
  • Carry out intra group requests without approvals (treasurer requests)
  • Reduce the number of documentation: one document – two movements in the calendar (outflow and inflow when translating between accounts of holding)

For planning and the adoption of payments by specialists Payment calendar which gives the chance was created:

  • reflect information on all approved requests and receipts in one place (distinctive feature: convenient grouping on the organization, on the account, according to the unprocessed / processed documents, payments/receipts by calendar dates)
  • enter the planned cash flows directly into cells of the payment schedule
  • carry out versatile inspections before making changes on a flow (on a remaining balance according to the request, on the account balance, on a desirable payment date, etc.)

  • create registers of payments automatically

Conveniently and quickly the tool created by developers including the following functions allows to make payments:

  • automatic creation of payment orders on the basis of the register of payments
  • automatic grouping of requests before creation of payment orders depending on the account and the partner
  • lack of an opportunity to create the payment order on the basis of the unconfirmed register
  • opportunity one request to approve several hundred similar payments for the small amounts (a transaction type "The complex request")

Completion of the block Treasury allowed to automate a considerable part of work of the chief financial officer, treasurers and accountants of holding and increased effective management of cash flows. This product considers perspectives of development of the company and leaves "space for growth".

Project Development

On July 15, 2015 it became known of transfer of a subsystem "to Homnet: IFRS" on new edition.

Due to the translation of the 1C: Accounting software product from edition 2.0 on edition 3.0, in August, 2014 there was a requirement of transfer of a subsystem "Homnet: IFRS" on new edition.

By means of implementation of the software product "Homnet: By IFRS" on the 1C: Accounting platform, in RBC media holding are automated:

  • Accounting according to IFRS;
  • Cash management (treasury).
