Arkan SuperVising in Tran-service company

Project Tasks

The Arkan company, the federal operator of services of security and monitoring, began system implementation of satellite monitoring of ARKAN SuperVising based on technologies of satellite positioning a GLONASS/GPS for the benefit of the Tran-service company specializing in transportation of loads across Russia and to EU countries. The project is implemented in partnership with the largest multibrand supplier of commercial vehicles in North-West Region automobile corporation "GRUZOMOBIL".

Project Steps

Within a pilot project monitoring sets of ARKAN SuperVising equip 35 units of transport of Transservis company in Velsk (Arkhangelsk region). Equipment of 120 more units of transport and also cooperation increase of the companies in Moscow and St. Petersburg is in the long term planned.

Project Description

One of the most important conditions of successful work of the enterprise having own vehicle fleet of raznofunktsionalny vehicles and rendering services of cargo delivery in the territory of Russia and the abroad is the organization of effective transport logistics. Ample opportunities for the solution of this key business challenge are given by the hi-tech automated hardware-software ARKAN SuperVising platform.

All necessary information on a status of vehicles, including on their location, movements, the passable way, idle times and stops, motion speed, is available to responsible persons in real time. High-quality planning on the basis of the analysis of the arriving telematic information allows to optimize routes of the movement, more effectively to organize work of drivers, having provided exact and timely accomplishment of working schedules, to exclude cases of unauthorized use of the expensive equipment. Continuous satellite control of vehicles is exercised across all territory of Russia and beyond its limits – everywhere where there is a cellular communication of GSM.

Basic sets of satellite monitoring of ARKAN SuperVising can be expanded the anticreeping security equipment and the "disturbing" button that will allow to prevent stealing, to ensure safety of a valuable load and safety of the driver.

Project Effect

Management of transport resources using the monitoring ARKAN SuperVising system will increase service quality on transportation of loads due to more operational delivery, will allow to reduce operating costs and to minimize a "human" factor. Implementation of satellite navigation technologies will give notable economic effect and will become a source of competitive advantages in the market.
