On October 11, 2011 the Asteros Consulting company announced an output to the market of own product of a BI class – myDashboard developed on the basis of SAP BusinessObjects. The solution provides management of the company with relevant business information at any time and in any place. The application is intended for work with managerial data on any devices: computers, communicators, tablets, mobile phones.
The new product of Asteros Consulting will be interesting by myDashboard, first of all, to managers of the top and average management and also the analysts monitoring the current situation on activity of the company. He helps to make management decisions more quickly and reasonably. The solution is focused on the companies which already have the corporate accounting systems. myDashboard visualizes given on interactive dashboards (dashboards) and also provides them in the form of the flexible analytical or procedural reporting.
Basis of the solution is the software package SAP Business Objects and also unique development of Asteros Consulting in the field of methodology of the analysis and information visualization. myDashboard successfully works both on the PC and notebooks, and on mobile devices running iOS and Android. Today the Asteros group which structure includes Asteros Consulting is the only system integrator authorized by Apple. It guarantees quality of implementation of business applications on iPad.
Among other BI solutions the new product is profitable distinguished by the following characteristics:
- myDashboard presents up to 80% of information on key indicators of activity of the enterprise in the form, convenient for perception and the analysis;
- the product can be used as a superstructure to already implemented ERP systems or as the independent solution using unlimited number of sources of information;
- the application adapts for use on different types of devices: communicators, tablet computers and workstations.
myDashboard belongs to a class of "boxed" solutions and does not require additional consulting from the developer. At the same time, already created model can be connected to the existing information sources, and interactive dashboards and the data warehouse can be modified under specific requirements of specific business. Depending on a set of indicators, quantity of sources and other factors, the term of product introduction varies within 5 days – for the unified option, and 5 months – for the unique personal monitor of the top manager.
