The program "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" increases efficiency of calculations in Gorka Condominium

The program "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" became a basis for automation of settlings with consumers of services and accounting of housing stock in the Saratov Gorka Condominium. As a result of implementation of the program it was succeeded to reduce number of errors, to considerably accelerate carrying out difficult calculations and to increase employee performance of condominium.

The management of Gorka Condominium predeterminated requirements to which the automation system had to answer. It was necessary that the solution allowed to automate the following types of accounting:

accounting of personal accounts; accounting of housing stock; charge and calculation of utilities accounting of payment of utilities, overpayments, debts by personal accounts, types of service, months of charge; calculation of a penalty fee; calculation of privileges, subsidies taking into account different categories of exempts.

Taking into account the imposed requirements the choice of condominium fell on the industry software product "BIT:housing and public utilities 8", completely meeting needs and expectationses of the enterprise. Integration with the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration became additional benefit of the specialized program. Thus, use of two programs "in a sheaf" allows to automate process of formation of the regulated reporting and conducting specialized accounting.
