The Oberon company announced in October, 2011 project completion of upgrade and expansion of network infrastructure for Teleperformance Russia. As a result of project implementation the quantity of jobs of call center operators of Teleperformance to Vladimir doubled, all necessary specifications for further scaling of an information system are created.
Cooperation of Oberon with Teleperformance Russia company continues more than four years. Several large projects are during this time implemented, ("turnkey" creation of contact center to Vladimir in 2008, works on platforms in Moscow and Tver).

The present project to Vladimir - logical development of the relations. For several months it was succeeded to connect by the optical cable the cross equipment and DPC of the Vladimir contact center, to put the new cross premises into operation, to connect the equipment in workplaces of operators and to unroll all necessary software. Now more than 2000 operators will be able to work at the Vladimir platform Teleperformance (taking into account the diagram by turns). The electric power supply system of contact center is reorganized - for achievement of bigger fault tolerance new distribution frames and uninterruptible power supply units are set. Optical and copper subsystems of CKC1 of contact center are constructed using technologies, the cross equipment and cable assemblies of Eurolan.
