BARS.web and Budget the Reporting in City administration Samara

The choice of Samara for benefit of the BARS.web and Budget Reporting system is not casual: the solution allows to create, consolidate and analyze the reporting of state, autonomous and budgetary institutions according to requirements of the profile legislation.

Let's remind that in the conditions of reforming of the Russian budget system and transition to performance of Federal law No. 83-FZ accounting records of municipal authorities should join in the general reporting of a public legal entity of the subject of the Russian Federation and form in three flows (the state, budget, autonomous reporting). This approach obliges accountable organizations to use the uniform interchange formats data, the general qualifiers and reference books, messages the centralized control of filling of forms that the BARS.web and Budget Reporting system allows to perform.

In the project progress a common information space is created and the general methodology of submission of reports is provided for most municipal authorities of Samara. Today 633 clients at three levels are connected to a system. Initially the reporting is prepared at the bottom level of organizations (at schools, libraries, etc.), transferred to the average level to the main managers of budgetary funds (to industry departments of the Samara Administration) from where comes to Finance department.

Since August, 2011, the moment of implementation of the software product, the Department of health care and Department concerning the culture, sport, tourism and the youth policy of Administration of the urban district Samara managed to collect the second quarter reporting, on the way – the third.

Now the product undergoes pilot operation. Start of a system in commercial operation is appointed to December of the current year.
