The Nvision Group company developed in the fall of 2011 the concept of the consolidated providing service of NCloud on the basis of the "cloud" platform. The concept of the consolidated service of rendering cloud services of NCloud consists of the system of consumer service of service (NCloud Management), service of operation of technical solutions (NCloud Services), application software solutions (NCloud Soft), the scalable infrastructure module (NCloud Module), engineering infrastructure and communication channels (NCloud Base). At the moment the infrastructure module NCloud Module is the ready-made project solution which passes test within a pilot zone. The solution NCloud is based on such technologies as: bleyd-systems of IBM, storage system of EMC, virtualization of VMware, Juniper switches and management system of BMC Software. Blocks are delivered to the customer in the configured type and have a good indicator functionality/quality/cost of ownership and also the developed service support, reported in NVision Group.

According to Maxim Papin, "in the next ten years the state and large business will become the main consumers and the engine of cloud services.
