Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade (BIT) automated formation of the management reporting, the regulated and personnel records, payroll calculation in Driving group. As a result of implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product motivational payments for each specialist precisely are calculated that increases loyalty of valued employees to the company. Using the 1C: Accounting 8 program supplemented with the specialized solution for accounting according to IFRS it was succeeded to optimize a project portfolio. It promoted improving competitiveness and helped to enter the regional markets.

Earlier calculation of financial performance for the CFD was complicated by the fact that account was kept in different information bases. At data of data often there were errors that deprived the management of exact information on changes of the capital, profits and losses in general on group. Besides, 2-3 weeks were spent for formation of the management reporting on all enterprises of holding that considerably limited the speed of reaction of the management to changes in a financial position of the organization.

Dmitry Yuryevich Surkov, the chief financial officer of Driving group, explains: "In our business fast reaction and operational acceptance of management decisions is important competitive advantage. Therefore for objective assessment of the situation in the company we needed an information system which consolidates all data from different bases and allows to keep quickly managerial, personnel and regulated account on one platform. At the same time owing to specifics of our business we came to a conclusion that it is more convenient to us to keep management accounting according to IFRS. Use of international standards would allow to see an adequate financial status of the enterprise for bigger number of the characteristics necessary for us for acceptance of management decisions as that: financial information on segments, the consolidated statements, the profit and loss statement, the statement of changes in equity, etc.".

The tender for the project on software implementation was won by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having long-term experience of automation of accounting according to international standards.

For conducting regulated accounting and consolidation of the management reporting on all holding the automated system based on "1C was created: The accountant 8" which opportunities were expanded the specialized solution of Beat Finance for conducting management accounting according to IFRS.

For automation of personnel records and payroll the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program was selected, to quickly keep account of personnel and to accrue the payroll according to the Russian legislation and corporate standards of group.

Specialists of the company "1C: Bukhuyet and Trade (BT)" 17 jobs automated. According to the results of the project:

  • In the program profitability and profitability of each project is displayed that allows to make management decisions on investments. So, thanks to complete and timely data on profitability of the CFD the project portfolio was optimized and already in the first quarter 2011 the Kupi Avto magazine could open new regional tabs in Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Stavropol and Nizhny Novgorod. Now residents of these cities had an additional source of information on demand and supply in the local automobile market, and the Driving group gained an additional access to the regional market.
  • Thanks to automation personnel accounting quickly and precisely is calculated salary and motivational payments for each specialist that allowed to increase loyalty of workers to the company. The management receives activities reports of each employee that gives the chance effectively to manage personnel and to quickly make staff rotation.
  • Formation and consolidation of the management reporting for the management of group is automated. Twice labor and time expenditure decreased by drawing up reports.
