Within the project on automation of a system of financial monitoring of SPLAT-KOSMETIKA company the first stage of system implementation of KPI MONITOR 2010 Basic which purpose was setup of a System of indicators for sales management of the company is completed.

During the project the setup of automatic import of data from the accounting system 1C 8.2. allowing with the set frequency was performed to obtain sales informations. Setup of a system was completely performed by the specialists of SPLAT who completed a 3-day training course.

KPI MONITOR gave to specialists of the Company an opportunity to quickly trace the course of accomplishment of the set sales plans, dynamics and trends of indicators of sales, to predict achievement of effective objectives, to analyze statistical data on sales by any analytical parameters (the business directions, sales markets, regions, contract manufacturing, partners, groups of goods, brands, series, goods).

The means of the analysis provided in KPI MONITOR allow, having received an evident picture of a status of indicators of the top level, to go deep into problem areas, creating interactive reports in different graphical representation from a tabular style, with a possibility of grouping of data in required analytical cuts by means of drag & drop, to the dashboards displaying accomplishment of indicators in the form of different type of charts, speedometers, the treelike systems of indicators.

Use of KPI MONITOR for control and efficiency analysis will provide SPLAT-KOSMETIKA with the single analytical platform covering key and operational indicators of all cycle of activity of the company from purchase and production before sales and management of finance. In addition to convenience, universality and also ease of use and administration of a System, such complex approach opens SPLAT of a possibility of the analysis of interrelations and correlation of financial and non-financial, operational and key performance in focus of strategic objectives of the company.
