The project of centralization of complexes CFT Bank and CFT Retail bank in MDM Bank

"Center of Financial Technologies" (CFT) and MDM Bank announced end of the next stage of the large-scale project which purpose is centralization of the information complexes CFT Bank (Platform 1) and CFT Retail bank (Platform 1) set in branches of four territorial banks of MDM Bank.

During the next stage of the draft decision of CFT integrated in the single centralized automated banking system all branches of territorial bank "Yug" of JSC MDM Bank located in the cities Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Rostov, Voronezh, Obninsk, Oryol, Ivanovo, Volgograd, Stavropol, Penza, Arkhangelsk. Earlier information complexes CFT Bank and CFT Retail bank were implemented in all branches of the Siberian and Ural territorial banks with head offices in Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, says CFT.

By the end of 2011 a transfer in the single centralized automated banking system of branches of MDM Bank in the cities of St. Petersburg and Murmansk will be made and also transfer to solutions of CFT of work of bank branches in Moscow will begin. An ultimate goal of the project — transfer by the end of the first quarter 2012 of all branches of MDM Bank to the single centralized end-to-end system based on solutions CFT Bank and CFT Retail bank.

The IT project in MDM Bank has the features and tasks which demanded special approaches for their solution, explained in CFT. In particular, MDM Bank — the only financial institution in Russia doing business in structure at which the center of acceptance of finance solutions is where the client — in departments of territorial banks is directly serviced. Such business organization assumes decrease in functions of head office and increase in a role of regional divisions of bank. Behind head office there are only functions of control and the general coordination of business processes. For this management model of CFT for the first time in the practice CFT Bank and CFT Retail bank created the centralized solution based on software products.
