The INLINE GROUP company announced in October, 2011 project completion on system implementation of monitoring of IT infrastructure and business applications in "Home Credit Bank". It is reported that a system was implemented for the purpose of increase in efficiency of IT services, reliability and controllability of IT infrastructure and business applications and also cost reduction on service of information systems. To perform work on creation of a monitoring system on the basis of the solution Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 the INLINE GROUP company was attracted.

As informs INLINE GROUP, within the project her specialists performed design, bench modeling, configured pro-active monitoring of objects of IT infrastructure. At creation of a system requirements of bank to parameters of monitoring of IT infrastructure and also implementation of role access and a format of the reporting were considered. A set of standard modules of monitoring was expanded and complemented with own developments of specialists of INLINE GROUP.

By estimates of project participants, as a result of implementation and integration of a monitoring system the uniform point of control and management of the customer's IT infrastructure was created. IT services of bank had an opportunity to prevent emergence of failures, to quickly localize them and by that to reduce idle times, to reduce losses of working time and to increase availability of business applications. The IT management also received the instrument of pro-active diagnostics which allows to warn the incidents capable to influence business of bank.

Upon termination of works specialists of INLINE GROUP provided training and reported to IT services of bank a set of operational documentation. IT specialists of bank gained necessary knowledge for expansion of functionality of a system by own forces.

According to the director of the department of maintenance of information technologies of bank Sergey Novitsky, the created IT infrastructure monitoring system already allowed bank to reduce time for elimination of incidents and to increase stability of functioning of the servers servicing business processes.
