Business Process Management Suite and managements of indicators of ELMA in the laboratory and diagnostic center "BIOMED"

In September, 2011 the agreement on system implementation of business process management and management of indicators of ELMA was signed with the laboratory and diagnostic center "BIOMED".

For increase in management efficiency of departments and branches, for instant receiving the current situation, and also for consolidation of all information in a convenient type in the center ELMA was implemented: System of business process management.

Using the ELMA system appointment, execution and control of tasks and instructions happens in the remote mode. Therefore the rationality of use of working time and decrease in labor costs increases.

Within the first stage of an implementation project of a system in the laboratory and diagnostic center "BIOMED" installation of a system with settings according to requirements of the Customer is executed, several standard processes are designed, personnel training is provided.

Scaling of a system, integration with a 1C system, and also creation of a management system for indicators for the purpose of additional increase in speed business - processes and company management will become further tasks of implementation.
