The project of process automation of an upraleniye of IT in OSMP company is executed based on the Naumen Service Desk software product.

Project Objective

Ensuring high-quality technical support of clients and partners in mode 24x7.

For achievement of an effective objective it was required to carry out the following tasks:

  • regulate processing procedure of requests of service of claims activities across Russia;

  • organize process of accounting of payment terminals

For the largest supplier of complete tekhnologicheksy solutions for the organization of points of payment acceptances permanent quality improvement of the provided services is the basic principle of business.

Project Progress

During the project incident management processes, are automated by service requests and a configuration.

Specialists of NAUMEN company performed the main software configurations, including:

  • setup of daily data-refresh of partners through sql-view request;

  • setup of weekly synchronization of organizational structure with the directory of services through the client - the server protocol of access (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol);

  • setup of configurations (payment terminals and so forth);

  • setup of daily updating of information on payment terminals ("works / does not work");

  • workflow setup: organization of processing of requests of service of claims activities for Russia.

Further the customer independently performed tunings by analogy.

Project Results

Process automation of IT based on the Naumen Service Desk software product allows to process qualitatively requests of the clients coming by e-mail to service of claims activities across Russia and also – to keep effective account of all payment terminals of the company installed in more than 190,000 points in the territory of the Russian Federation and to quickly eliminate failures in operation of the equipment.

Tools of the solution allow to create and receive any necessary reporting.
