Federal State Unitary Enterprise Radiochastotny center of the Ural Federal District (Automation of internal document flow of the enterprise)

The project included step-by-step automation of workflow processes at the main office of the Radio-frequency center of the Ural Federal District and its regional branches.

Profile of the enterprise

Federal State Unitary Enterprise Radiochastotny center Uralskogo federalnogo okruga (radio frequency center of the Ural Federal District) is a part of Radio-frequency service of the Russian Federation and provides proper use of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels, radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment to territories of the Ural Federal District.

Project Steps

During the first stage in the spring of 2004 at the main office radio frequency center of the Ural Federal District in Yekaterinburg such processes of document flow as registration and setting on control of the entering and outgoing correspondence were automated. Also the electronic document management system of NauDoc began to be used for purpose of instructions and control of performing discipline.

In 2005 regional branches in Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiysk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan were connected to the workflow system.

In 2008 works on transfer of the automated processes of document flow of radio frequency center of the Ural Federal District to the new Naumen DMS software product were carried out. Along with it the field of use of electronic document management of the enterprise was expanded – in Naumen DMS account of regulating and administrative documentation and also accounting of agreements began to be kept.

The special module allowing to perform the automated input of the documents arriving from the portal of order taking from clients of radio frequency center of the Ural Federal District was developed for the project.

It is in the short term going to transfer to an electronic form turnover of such internal documents as statements and memos.
