Taxnet appeared in 2001, is one of the players in the market of electronic document management and reporting of Tatarstan. Since 2020, he has become part of the SKB Konta group of companies, which acts as a software developer.

Taxnet issues qualified certificates of electronic signature in cooperation with the Circuit certification center - he has been working on the market for 17 years. 2020

Acquisition of SKB Kontur

SKB Contour Group of Companies on July 29, 2020 announced the acquisition of the Kazan developer TaxNet.

CJSC TaxNet is one of the players in the electronic signature and reporting markets of Tatarstan: the company has 73,000 customers as of July 2020.

For many years, TaxNet was a competitor to the Circuit in Tatarstan: companies had comparable shares in the UC markets and reporting transfers. Negotiations on the purchase have been going on since 2017.

TaxNet is one of the few remaining independent EDO operators with its certification center. The company has been on the market since 2001. This is a strong developer with a large client base and a developed branch and partner network. So the purchase of TaxNet will seriously strengthen our position in the region.

Having joined the Circuit, the TaxNet team will support its developments and simultaneously offer customers additional services from the Circuit.

2018: Accreditation of the Federal Tax Service

On August 27, 2018, TaxNet was accredited by the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

2016:7 of key Taxnet products are included in the Register of Domestic Software

On September 6, 2016, 7 key Taxnet products were included in the Unified Register of Russian Software (software). This decision was approved by the Expert Council on Russian Software by voting, which took place the day before, September 5. Within a month, the expert council at the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation determined the compliance of the software with the criteria set forth in Federal Law No. 188-FZ of 29.06.2015, after which it made a positive decision. Among the approved products of the program:

• Taxnet-Navigator - electronic reporting system to regulatory authorities;
• "Transcript" - electronic document management system between counterparties;
• Cryptex is a program to protect legally relevant information.

Taxnet Service is a service provider in the field of information technology. The Taxnet Group of Companies has been operating in the information technology market since its inception - since 2001, specializes in the development and implementation of high-tech Internet solutions for government bodies, budget and commercial organizations.

The main activities of Taxnet Service as of May 2013 are: '
