VNIPIgazdobycha (KAS "Business Lux")

VNIPIgazdobycha, one of the leading design institutes of a gas complex of Russia, prepares for trial operation of control block contract activities and finance based on KAS "Business Lux".

The agreement on automation was signed by institute with the system developer, NPO Kompyyuter (file), in January, 2008. Within the project the research of activity of financial and economic department of the enterprise was conducted. At the description of project solutions schemes of business processes on preparation and accounting of agreements, accounting of accomplishment and payment of contractual commitments, planning and accounting of execution of works under agreements were developed and optimized. The works on optimization and business process automation on settlings with customers and subcontractors are now completed.

Trial operation of a system is planned for the period from June to October, 2008. "Management of agreement settlements" and Management of finance is going to enter data since the beginning of 2008 into subsystems.

As a result of implementation the financial and economic department expects to provide access to operational information about a status of processes of preparation, registration and execution of contractual commitments. Data will automatically form according to difficult algorithms on payment to subcontractors, work in progress calculation. A system will have to provide a possibility of flexible planning and the analysis of accomplishment of plans for agreements for design and survey and research works and also formations of the external and internal reporting under agreements (including for Goskomstat and Gazprom).

Within development of the project it is going to carry out works on integration of a system with another as the software products used at institute, in particular, with the 1C: Accounting 8.0 program.
