In the market of web developments of online stores and automation of accounting based on 1C demand for integration of 1C of small business management (Management of small company 8) and online stores Bitrix lately increased. The director of the company Logen, Andrey Zaytsev, submitted the report on the program of integration of online stores on the basis of Bitrix and other CMS and finished "1C: Small Business Management 8". The received program for complex automation of the companies with Internet trade it is decided to call "Logen: Management of Internet business". At the same time the saved functionality of the standard solution allows to apply the program for complex control automation in the company.

The main objectives solved by exchange between Online store and the accounting system of 1C: Small Business Management:

• Unloading on the website of the nomenclature brought to 1C:
  • Bilateral exchange of orders;
  • Unloading on the website of the statuses of goods (available, is not present in a warehouse);
  • Loading of prices of suppliers in 1C and pricing on the website on this basis;

  • A possibility of transfer on the website of analogs of goods and connected goods;
  • A possibility of comparison of any object IDs of 1C and the website – it can be necessary for integration with already existing websites.

• Transfer of orders from the website in 1C for processing:
  • The Mnogosaytovost - transfer of the order only for that website from which the order came;
  • Canceling of the order on the website does not delete the order of 1C, and transfers it to the status "Is cancelled" - important for the analysis of failures;
  • Version control of orders;
  • Calculation of delivery in 1C – the order can change, delivery should be counted;
  • Calculation of a cumulative discount of 1C.

• Unloading of results of order processing on the website for the customer notification directly from 1C.

New release of the program "Logen: Management of Internet business" integrates the latests version "1C-Bitrix: Management of the website 11.5" and "1C: Small Business Management" 1.4. The program allows to organize complex management accounting for the companies trading through online store. Possibilities of automation significantly exceed the solutions for automation of accounting and management which are available in the market in online stores. In the new version a number of functional improvements is added.

Logen program: Management of Internet business is a 1C: Compatible integration of the accounting system of 1C: Small Business Management and online stores Bitrix, UMI, Drupal and other CMS.

Except trade on the Internet the program allows to construct complex management accounting on the company. It is possible to keep account of goods and orders, works and services, fixed assets, payroll calculation, production, CRM and sales, budgeting and financial accounting, archive of documents, cost accounting, etc.

For online stores the program gives the following special features:

• Unloading on the website of goods from 1C: Small Business Management:
