Project Description

Were implemented by specialists of 1C:VDGB company in the company and the 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and HR Management programs are supported.

At present in programs several departments of the company work: department of accounting and reporting of business and investment activities, economical, management of MTS.

In use a system was improved and adapted. The organization acts as the customer of construction and to obtain operational information about expenditure of material stocks by each of construction objects and building in general changes were made to a configuration, namely, the analytical structure of accounts of MPZ was expanded. Additional sub-accounts and the sub-account are added. Also additional documents for convenience of recognition of the corresponding economic operations on work with materials were created.

For convenience of data analysis the list of reports of a configuration was also added. And in order that users of different departments could work with the database effectively, additional roles and interfaces were added to a configuration.

In connection with specifics of distribution of general and general production business costs in proportion to buildings in the program changes on closing of cost accounts were made.

Throughout all process of implementation and till present the company gets continued support from consultants of the 1C:VDGB programmers.
