Bases of ORU – the Organizations, the Managements, Managements

The organization (verb) – design work which material are people it is activities for activity designing. The second sense of the term the Organization (noun) is a result of the Organization (a new operating procedure, the new enterprise, production, institute, etc.).

The management – goal setting and tasks before elements of the Organization – people, groups of people.

Management – impact on the movement of objects, operation of mechanisms, work of people (through motivation).

Managers are the people who are engaged in the organization, the management and management.

The purpose of managers – effective work of the Organization (enterprise), permanent improvements and development.

In terms of ISO 9000 quality management system processes are subdivided into Managing, the Main and Supporting. Depending on industry specifics of activity the Main and Supporting processes change. Monitor processes are identical to all types of activity.

There is other point of view on processes – the point of view on result.

For any kind of activity there are four types of processes which differ in result which is achieved as a result of this process, a form and method of achievement of this result. These are research, project, production and information processes. The result is not obvious to the first, for the second is a unique result and not repeated, for the third – result not unique and repeating, for the fourth – result – informing.
