Tell in more detail about the new project. � I keep absolutely new project in Togliatti now - it is small Gorno-Altaysk bank with the authorized capital of 82 million rubles. Permission to increase the capital to 150 million is already got, and in the next few days it will be increased. My share in this bank made 55% earlier, and 45% belonged to Mr. Nosorev. We had an exchange, and now this bank for 100% belongs to me.

Al Bank was registered 20 years ago and until recently worked only in mountain Altai, in the republic of federal subordination where there live 240 thousand human. By the way, Al is translated from Turkic language as "people". It turns out, Al Bank is a People's Bank. The word is very good! � Where and when the office "Al Banka" in Togliatti is opened? � We leased office in Forum with the subsequent design on Al Bank. Now creation of cash desks, operational halls is intensively conducted, the collective is selected, there is a training. We decided not to invent "mathematics" in Al Banke, and to lease all system of automated management in Ilada. Last week the document package was sent, and permission from mountain Altai is already got for opening of branch in Togliatti. I think that within 2-3 weeks we will receive all documents and we will open branch. However, so far only at one office. In principle, we prepare office and in the Central district. Plus we work on creation of the website. On it we will stop so far. � Your bank is focused only on work with legal persons? � No, it is simple to begin to work full-scale at retail rather hard. The large volume of cash desks, personnel which will service deposits is necessary. Of course, we are going to accept deposits from the population also now, but we will do acceptance by separate actions so far. For example, we accept 200 million rubles and as we will gather, we stop acceptance to the following 200 million. Them it is necessary to place, pick up projects, to pick up specialists, to open new office. It is clear, that the start rate on deposits at us will be slightly higher, than in other banks. � The rate size at the moment is not a secret? � I think, the size of a rate will be up to 11%. My former slogan – "Financial Architect of Your Life" is known to all. Now we want to leave him and to make Al Bank family city bank. I consider that today this niche is not really strongly occupied. On the other hand, Al Bank will be supercreative. The matter is that one of our strategic objectives – support of projects good, beautiful and necessary to the city. And we did not open yet, and already began to credit such projects – the representation takes documents and sends them to mountain Altai. � What projects are? � One of the most interesting is connected with production of extruded forages for animals, birds and fishes. We already worked with these children some time ago, and now went further. The most interesting that demand for construction of such plants grows, the different companies order to us already tens of such enterprises. Now we create the engineering company which will not only make these forages, but also to make and sell the plants.

In this project there is one feature: when the structure of a forage where it is accurately painted how many it is necessary proteins, minerals and so on was created, there was a question: where to take all this? As a result there was a new project on production of ingredients for creation of forages. And we help to put this plant. And then to me the idea came: whether we can develop an ideal power supply for the person? And here now we prepare the new project on creation of a functional power supply for people. � So you still help to create to the clients? Interesting approach, non-standard it is perfect. There are still projects? � We found the interesting person from Uzbekistan which produces 50 thousand tons of frozen vegetables for Russia. Also decided to recover the vegerable-growing direction in the Samara region. Therefore this year in Elkhovka the plant on shock freezing of vegetables which we already began to finance will be delivered. Enterprise capacity will be 3 tons of frozen goods per hour. � There is such impression that you and Al Bank not simply credit entrepreneurs, and you are engaged in real development in our city of the sector of medium business, creation of production base. Or, in other words, you work on recovery of the economy of Togliatti. � Yes, and it is very interesting to me! To me businessmen with the different ideas come. I ask: and where you have an account? To me call one of the known local banks. And the account works within 15 years. I ask: "And why you in the bank do not take the credit?" The answer is just ingenious: "The managing director told me: the project, of course, good, but our credit committee will not be able to give you the credit. Go to Voloshin".

And, in spite of the fact that we even for the present have no office, to me many people come with projects. There comes the representative from Samara with the project of upgrade of poultry farm on production of myasobroyler in the Samara region. We have a production deficit of chicken meat in the area just the huge! And deficit is observed everywhere: on the frozen vegetables, on baby food – everything is imported from far away. And earlier everything was grown up in the Samara region! We should recover also dairy farms. Therefore when come to me and say: we need money for this project, I try to approach always case as if it and my project too.

It is interesting to these to be engaged, and the bank is necessary to me to lift economy in the city. Sometimes entrepreneurs who are ready to do serious work come just, but something just is missing. You know this plant of extruded forages what began with? From a grant on support of entrepreneurs in 300 thousand rubles! How many at them was the money, they already enclosed, now they needed only to be supported. � And if there are good ideas on development of this or that production, but there is not enough elementary economic literacy? � Of course, people should be taught. I think, it will be necessary to recover the destroyed center of project financing. And let the entrepreneur with the idea comes, it is possible to add to it still the ideas, to help to create the business plan. And if this plan turns out, maybe, even to put the managers and to begin to develop this idea. And then to give it.
