EOS for SharePoint is implemented in M2M Prayvet Bank

In OAO M2M Prayvet Bank the project on system implementation of electronic document management of EOS for SharePoint based on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 is performed. A supplier of the solution is the Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company.

The management of bank actively uses technical means to process automation and increase in employee performance. As one of such means the ECM solution based on the world-class platform Microsoft SharePoint 2010, and an electronic document management system of EOS for SharePoint was selected.

At the first stage the pilot project startup on the existing stock of Fast Start EOS Group company took place. Setup of the main number of processes occupied only 3 working days. Based on a pilot project, the company management made the decision on full-function implementation of an end-to-end system of management of the documents EOS for SharePoint.

During the project processes were automated:

• approval of agreements on business activities; accounts, orders, memos;
• flexible rules of the notification of employees on tasks are configured;
• work with instructions on documents is configured;
• registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence is configured;
• work with the regulating documentation, its storage with flexible access rights is configured
• individually personal websites of users are configured;
• the system interface is executed in the corporate style of the company.

Implementation of EDMS allowed bank to increase transparency of process of approval of documents, their processing, accounting and search.
