Ansoft company, the Russian developer of automation systems, announced entry into the market of the new industry ERP solution for trade in AVARDA.ERP for Food food.
The functionality of the AVARDA.ERP for Food system is focused on complex business process automation of food retail, distributors, the wholesale and retail companies and online stores of food.
The new industry ERP solution automates work with wide, often filled up, the range, supports management of individual matrixes for each division, helps to control expiration dates and product sales, allows to work with certificates, to perform pricing throughout all goods lifecycle, including taking into account the prices of competitors. AVARDA.ERP for Food has ready tools for integration with external systems of the reporting of "Deklaration-Alko" and "RAIS". Also new product automates the delivery service and work of production sites, for example, of culinary and packing workshops.
The block on management of trade inventories of the AVARDA.ERP for Food system includes opportunities for the multidimensional analysis and demand forecasting on the basis of statistics, planning of deliveries, distribution control of goods. When calculating the solution considers diagrams of transportation of goods, seasonality, irregularity of sales, intra week trends, marketing actions and other factors affecting behavior of demand.
A system allows to pass to completely automatic formation of supplier orders both at direct deliveries into shops, and by deliveries to the distribution center and also to automatically create requests for replenishment of shops from distribution centers. At determination of needs of the distribution center remaining balance and statistics of the supplied divisions are considered that allows to reduce the level of safety stocks significantly.
Especially for product retail in a system there is an opportunity during creation of the autoorder to consider residual expiration dates of goods and also to create orders for the distributed deliveries, for example, at once on all days off. AVARDA.ERP for Food keeps account of price lists of suppliers and considers minimum lots of delivery, multiplicity of shipment, volume of the minimum order, a logistic shoulder and a set of other factors. The three-stage analysis of level of service of suppliers allows to pass a new solution and simplifies claims activities.
AVARDA.ERP for Food allows to implement the various marketing ideas and the loyalty program. A system helps to carry out monitoring of preferences of buyers, to plan and analyze efficiency of advertizing campaigns, to implement more than 30 discount types, to use in work discount cards and bonus cards, gift certificates, coupons on a discount. The ERP solution supports the special scheme for wholesale buyers: discounts from the amount, for the history of purchases, club cards for corporate clients.
For the retail companies in AVARDA.ERP for Food the functionality for automation of back-offices of shops and cash places is put, the possibility of installation of restrictions when implementing certain groups of goods, for example, of the minimum price or time frames for alcohol sale is provided. The solution is integrated with a broad spectrum of the weight and bar code equipment, the systems of acquiring of different banks, allows to work with "soft" checks, to carry out local inventories on groups of goods, to manage on a centralized basis the calculation and marketing shares.
AVARDA.ERP for Food maintains distribution and multi-format of networks, automating objects from "shop at the house" to hypermarket, with the range from the house-keeper - to a premium class. In the absence of communication with office each shop can work completely independently, including accomplishment of back office transactions, for example, of goods acceptance or inventories. Data exchange between divisions is performed using the built-in replicaiton engine which, according to experience of use in the largest companies, provides relevance within 3-10 minutes and complete certainty of information. In the presence of franchasing partners, their shops can be connected in the unified information system of the franchiser.
In new industry solution long-term experience of implementations and operation of the AVARDA.ERP system in the different trading companies of a Food segment is considered. Among them there are Polushka networks (128 shops), Bashspirt (213 shops), Fate, Yomart, Veteran, Sandpipers; distributors "Torgservice the 21st century", "Mosgorsnabprodtorg", Kaisa, Fetida.
