The Omnitracker ITSM Center software product was selected by specialists of Digital Design as an optimal solution of such task, as automation of own IT processes. The product has a broad set of integration interfaces. Technical support engineers can send requests, both by e-mail, and using the web interface. An opportunity to create requests and to correspond via e-mail allows to simplify registration of incidents and to consolidate the interface of communication with technical support services to a uniform point. Besides, in new service function of creation of lifecycles of objects of a system using which it is possible to set and trace a way of the movement of the request at its processing is implemented. Serious tools of the reporting allow to conduct expanded analytics of addresses to technical support service.
