The Russian design office JSC Aviadvigatel received a system which will help to solve the business challenges of the enterprise connected with access for workers to the Internet and interaction with the external organizations

"The project completely resolved issues of interaction of our IT infrastructure with the outside world. We needed to get secure, reliable and controlled access of employees to resources the Internet. Also it was required to solve a problem of distribution of Internet traffic of two communication channels, medium-rate and high-speed, depending on the status of the employee of the enterprise. Besides, it was required to organize interaction via secure channels with other organizations project participants of creation of the aviation PD-14 engine for perspective airplanes of MS-21 family and to provide to own employees an opportunity to be connected freely to IT infrastructure of our enterprise from any place in the world", - Bormalev Sergey Valentinovich, the director of information technology of JSC Aviadvigatel told.

The automatic fault tolerance and reservation of all components provide the continuity of workflow of staff of JSC Aviadvigatel even in case of failure of any element of a system or accident on one of communication channels. It is remarkable that switching of a system to reserve components happens imperceptibly for the user" — Georgy Denisov, the director of work with corporate customers noted.

For implementation of a task specialists of CROC company used the equipment of three different producers that allowed to create the system meeting all requirements of the customer. SRX series gateways from Juniper Networks provide connection to communication channels, access isolation to infrastructure and protection against the virus attacks. The solution BlueCoat manages access for employees to the Internet, makes check of traffic on presence of viruses and threats and also implements monitoring and collecting of long statistics on attendance of Internet resources. The equipment S-Terra provides establishment of the protected connection with the third-party enterprises and the protected connection of remote jobs of staff of JSC Aviadvigatel to IT infrastructure of the enterprise, using encryption algorithms GOST.
