For automation of an accounting and management activity by the management of Holding software solution 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 as this configuration considers requirements of the legislation, real practice of work of the enterprises and global trends in development of methods of motivation and personnel management was selected. Functionality of a configuration allows to solve highly effectively the following accounting problems of the company:
