Homnet Consulting integrated REP-ENGINEERING branches in a common information space

The Homnet Consulting company completed an implementation project of the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP program in JSC REP-ENGINEERING servicing the large power enterprises. Implementation of the software product allowed REP-ENGINEERING to integrate four production branches and one section in a common information space.

The difficult organization structure and existence of remote divisions create certain difficulties at collection of information about their activity and its further processing. The Executive directorate of JSC REP-ENGINEERING (Moscow) exercising control and coordinating of productive activity of branches faced it.

Staff of the company kept the regulated accounting and tax accounting in the 1C: Accounting 8 program of version 1.6. However the configuration did not cope with volumes of difficult structured company and did not allow to keep end-to-end account by the divisions of the organization selected for separate balance. The lack of necessary functionality in "1C: Accounting 8" influenced making decision on implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP software product of new version 2.0.

"1C: Accounting 8 CORP" allows to keep account by the divisions of the organization selected for separate balance and also gives the chance to organize specific accounting document flow in the company for what special "Advice" documents for cession of property and calculations between divisions of the organization are used. On each separate division it is possible to keep account of income and expenses and also the actual profit. Tax accounting of separate divisions is kept taking into account features, stipulated by the legislation.

For the purpose of transfer of the accounting system with "1C: Accounting 8" on "1C: Accounting 8 CORP", REP-ENGINEERING addressed to Homnet Consulting company.

Today specialists implemented Homnet Consulting "1C: Accounting 8 CORP", and on the basis of a product created uniform information base for consolidation of data of head department and branches. Within the project are executed data transfer from "1C: Accounting 8" of version 1.6 in "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" of version 2.0, and synchronization of the normative reference information.

In addition, according to need of staff of the company, completion of information bases on the 1C: Enterprise platform on all branches, including, the "budgeting" and "treasury" blocks installed earlier in head department is executed.

Upon completion of works specialists Homnet Consulting provided training of staff of JSC REP-ENGINEERING in use of opportunities of the new program. 80 specialists of JSC REP-inzhinirig of both Executive directorate, and Konakovo, Sredneuralsk, Reftinsky, Nevinnomyssk branches, Vostochno – the Siberian section became users of the accounting system.

Implementation of this project allowed the staff of head department and branches to keep the end-to-end regulated accounting and tax accounting by divisions of the organization, at the same time getting the differentiated access to the single database.
