In Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Moldova system implementation of electronic document management based on DocsVision is complete

Automated information system developed by DAAC System Integrator company based on the localized Romanian version of the DocsVision platform provides information support of electronic document management and business process automation of activity of staff of Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Moldova. At the moment in a system about 200 employees of organization work.

Within the project on implementation of automated information system based on DocsVision ("EDMS of Accounts Chamber") specialists of DAAC System Integrator, the partner of DocsVision company, automated the document flow of Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Moldova involved in auditing processes and monitoring of execution of requirements of audit.

"EDMS of Accounts Chamber" consists of the subsystems providing process automation of audit and monitoring on execution of its requirements, registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, control of execution and monitoring of documents and also work with the EDS and administration of a system. A system also provides registration, processing, preparation, approval, storage and accounting of documents, transfer to archive of electronic images of documents and also control of performing discipline.

"EDMS of Accounts Chamber" provided a possibility of carrying out standardization of document flow in all structural divisions of Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Moldova, allowed to reduce costs for providing and maintenance of office-work in organization and also to increase efficiency of corporate methods of work on documents and quality of control of execution of assigned tasks at each level of execution. A system provides access to operational accounting of auditor affairs of documents and processes of their processing: registration, preparation, approval, storage and accounting, control of performing discipline.

At the moment in a system heads of Accounts Chamber, division of auditors, the secretariat, the staff of other divisions and also the auditors working at departure work.

Implementation of automated information system based on the localized Romanian version of the DocsVision platform was performed in 10 months. The system implemented in Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Moldova has the sufficient flexibility necessary for the subsequent upgrade and expansion at change of conditions of activity and emergence of new requirements.
