Vestsayd Estate (1C: Accounting)

For automation of accounting and tax accounting in Vestsayd Estate company, employees of "1C:VDGB" carried out implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product developed on a technology platform "1C: Enterprise".

Vestsayd Estate renders to the clients of service in letting of own real estate, storage and warehousing, accounting and technical inventory, management of operation of non-residential fund, real estate administration. Also the company provides intermediary services upon purchase, sale and lease of non-residential real estate.

The management of customer company stopped the choice on the 1C: Accounting 8 software product as this configuration is the universal solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting and tax accounting that as a result allows to implement any scheme of accounting activity at the enterprise. The configuration can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other program components of 1C.

Functional features of the standard program of 1C for accounting of accounting allow to automate the following sections of accounting of the company most effectively: conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations in one information base; tax and personnel records; settlings with the organizations and advance holders; material accounting, goods, products; settlings with personnel on compensation; calculations for income tax; lot-based accounting; trade and currency transactions; cost accounting and cost accounting; operations on cash desk and bank; settlings with suppliers and buyers; fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; calculations for the VAT; the regulated reporting.

The 1C: Accounting software product is implemented in without significant functional changes. Employees of "1C:VDGB" carry out free demonstration of the program, installation and elementary education of users to work with it. At the moment the client is serviced on a subscription for "1C:ITS".
