Abnormal and technical center of Ministry of Atomic Energy (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8) of Russia

Contents of the project

On Federal State Unitary Enterprise ATTs SPB the automated system of personnel records and payroll of workers "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is implemented.

Requirements imposed by the labor law, and need of obtaining the regulated reporting for one information base caused basic the beginning of works on implementation of an automated system of 1C.

As the partner in implementation the Klyuchevoy Element Ltd company as one of the leading partners of 1C was selected from the city. When choosing experience of implementation of corporate information systems for holding structures and the recommendation of 1C Company was considered.

The main requirements imposed by the customer since the beginning of the project were:

• Operational obtaining different reports on charges and employee retentions;
• Formation of the regulated reporting in tax authorities;
• Formation of the regulated reporting under individuals;
• Accounting of sick leave notes;
• Payroll taking into account regulations;
• Data transfer for a preceding period from the existing program of payroll;
• Data transfer about charges, deduction, taxes on FOT of workers in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 configuration.

In a project deliverable all requirements of the customer were fulfilled. 2 jobs are automated.

During the project the following works were carried out:

• Training of employees of the customer in work in a configuration is executed.
• Transfer of personnel data and data on average earnings from the existing accounting system is executed.
• Training of employees of the customer in work in a system, including the staff of branches.
• Setup of data exchange with the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 configuration.

Within the project the following completions and tunings of standard functionality of a system according to requirements of the customer were performed:

• New types of charges with calculation for any formula are created;
• Additional reports are developed.

Now support of the Customer within the agreement of maintenance is performed.
