Project Description

JSC RITEK, the oil-producing enterprise specializing in large-scale use of the innovative technologies and the equipment, and the ALEKTA company specializing in development and rendering consulting services at implementation IT solution on business management announce project completion on implementation of a single system of personnel management (accounting of personnel, payroll) based on a subsystem "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" NORDIS/2 corporate information system.

The personnel management system provides the centralized personnel administration and payroll for the main office in Moscow (Management personnel of JSC RITEK) and six structural divisions in the cities of Nadym, Beloyarsk, Khanty-Mansiysk, Kogalym, Volgograd, Nurlat. Great advantage of a subsystem "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" is the fact that it was initially developed for the Russian companies and taking into account the Russian specifics. "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" meets all requirements of the Russian accounting and allows to implement all necessary business processes to domestic enterprises in short terms.

Subsystem "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" it was implemented in JSC RITEK in which over 3,000 employees, in only 1 month are employed: from start – data entry, setup of a system and user training – before payroll calculation, formation of postings in IZA NGDO based on SAP ERP and reporting for January, 2011. For such short period all business processes of personnel records and management, planning of work and payroll were automated. Settings of a system considered features of all structural divisions located in different regions of Russia. Within the project 127 jobs were automated.

About the project progress:

Specialists of ALEKTA LLC analyzed regulating documents of all enterprises and uniform requirements to structure of analytical accounting, the normative reference information (NRI) and algorithms of calculations are developed. Offers on unification of business processes were developed, the historical systems of the Customer which are operated at the time of implementation are studied and personal data of workers from these systems are transferred to NORDIS/2 system. A part of data was entered into a system from paper carriers. During implementation specialists of ALEKTA LLC who quickly advised users on all arising questions worked at each enterprise. Specialists of ALEKTA LLC developed and offered the Customer regulations of making changes in NSI and algorithms of calculations. Specialists of a support service of the Customer were trained and recommendations about the organization of work of a support service are made.

About a solution architecture:

The database of NORDIS/2 system it was decided to locate in Volgograd. For work of users from other regions remote jobs are configured. The interface was developed for transfer of postings based on payroll from NORDIS/2 system in a system IZA NGDO based on SAP ERP in which JSC RITEK keeps accounting.

About project deliverables:

Today in a subsystem "NORDIS/2: Personnel management" account of personnel data more than 3000 employees working at the enterprise is kept. Besides, in a system account more than 4 thousand former employees of the enterprise is kept. Payroll for more than 3 thousand workers is monthly executed.

• The detailed working plans of work on the project prepared by ALEKTA LLC in which the Customer saw all performed project works and the attracted resources had an opportunity to control work progress.

• Qualitatively organized own Support service of RITEK Ltd, with permanent interaction of the Support service of ALEKTA LLC which regulations of work provide operational (within 1 day) the solution of any questions of the Customer.
