The Competentum company successfully integrated the solution Competentum. INSTRUKTOR for the Index Bank. Competentum. INSTRUKTOR constructed based on portal SharePoint technologies allowed to automate processes of creation, storage and distribution of knowledge and also to create knowledge bases and expert networks, to perform information storage and to conduct search in all electronic materials of the organization.
As a result the customer received a uniform informational portal. All employees of the bank, about 2400 people distributed across all territory of Ukraine had an opportunity to quickly find the necessary information and is effective it to exchange.
Using the COMPETENTUM.INSTRUKTOR system the bank had an opportunity to significantly reduce temporary and finance costs by training of specialists. Besides, became possible to formalize and save the unique knowledge and experience which are saved up by employees of the bank in the course of work.
