Project Description

On February 1, 2011 on Federal State Unitary Enterprise Software Mayak works on creation of a personnel management system based on the solution Personnel Management System Alfa/" are begun (Alfa-HRMS).

The project of automation of time keeping and document flow on staff continues development of the corporate information system functioning on Federal State Unitary Enterprise Software Mayak since 2006 within which the main business processes of the enterprise are automated.

More than 12 thousand work at the enterprise human. Problems of personnel records and payroll are solved within own program developments of the enterprise. However, in connection with the need for transition to a single platform, reduction of terms of processing of sheets and a reporting preparation the decision on Alfa-HRMS system implementation for automation of problems of time keeping and production document flow was made. At the same time solution integration with the operating systems of the enterprise will be provided.

On the one hand, use of the replicated software of Alfa-HRMS will allow to automate as fast as possible influence on a time recording of orders and orders on staff and to quickly conduct and process the electronic organic journal with constant detailing of a cost structure of working time more than in 10 analytical reference books. With another - integration of the operating systems for registration of personnel and payroll about Alfa-HRMS and continuation of their use throughout an implementation time and until transfer of functionality of the operating software to Alfa-HRMS, will allow to reduce "critical path" of the project significantly.

During preparatory work training of a project team of software Beacon was provided, the technical specifications reflecting including, requirements to integration are developed and approved with the operating systems, the terms and stages providing besshokovy implementation.

Now works on preparation of Alfa-HRMS for work in the mode of trial operation are conducted. During trial operation the main transactions will be fulfilled, the data copied from the operating software are verified, users will receive practical skills of work in a new system.

On project deliverables about 200 more jobs of users of the solution Alfa-HRMS from different geographically distributed divisions will be added to 1200 users of CIS of consolidation.
