Informkontakt Company Ltd announces a successful completion of the project on creation of an end-to-end system of personnel management in JSC GOZ Obukhovski Plant based on the solution Alfa-HRMS.
The Obukhovski Plant is the enterprise with sesquicentennial history now performing large-scale modernization and implementation of progressive technologies. Specific features at the enterprise with such history collected much. During creation of a single system of personnel management it was required to consider, on the one hand, these specifics, with another — to rationalize and unify business processes, to fix at the level of a system uniform control techniques, accounting and payroll.
The project began with the analysis of the existing management processes which results found the reflection in the offers on their reorganization and optimization approved by plant's management.
During the project unambiguously classified data on professions, positions, categories and types of personnel were typified and systematized hitherto not always; algorithms of charges and deduction are unified; report forms of all levels are brought to uniformity.
Within implementation of Alfa-HRMS the principle of work underlain in a system from the document was implemented: interaction of users with a system begins at a stage of formation of the draft document (the order, the order), and after his statement data from the document automatically are reflected in the corresponding cards of the employee, the organic magazine and further are used at payroll. Directly in a system also annual working schedules form now, calculation of balance of working time then the approved diagrams are printed is carried out.
A new system allowed to change also settled technologies of work with the sheet of accounting of a worked time — users had a possibility of automatic formation of the electronic sheet on the basis of the entered primary documents. At the same time accounting of changes of characteristics of working time is implemented (one of which — belonging to the order) that allows to collect, in particular, costs on state defense order.
Due to integration with a control system of access automatic reconciliation of the sheet of working time with data of the ACS is provided.
Thanks to joint efforts of staff of Obukhovski Plant and specialists of the company of Informkontakt it was succeeded to provide correctness and relevance of retrospective data on the history of acceptances on the plant, the salary, an experience, a talent pool, sick leave notes, holidays, etc. Availability of reliable and consistent information for the analysis is an important condition for competent and effective personnel management.
Complex HRM — the system integrating personnel management processes, personnel records and intra production document flow, management of working time and time keeping, payroll and formation of the necessary internal and external analytical reporting became result of works.
System implementation allowed to set uniform standards of management, to provide integrity and relevance of data, to optimize the mechanism of allocation of costs, to make payroll transparent, logical and clear practically to each employee.
