The project on creation in JSC SHK of a single system of personnel management reached an intermediate control point. In January, 2010 the works on automation of control functions by the personnel are completed, and in July within implementation in Rosatom state corporation of the uniform unified wage system the first payroll in all divisions of twelve-thousand plant is made.

Complete approach to creation of a system allowed to rationalize and integrate personnel management processes, including management of an organization structure and the staff list, personnel records and the automated conducting personnel document flow, payroll.

Among features of the project, except it is expected a large number of the specific requirements arising on any large enterprise separately It should be noted the change of originally planned sequence of stages connected with transition since June, 2010 of all enterprises of ROSATOM State Corporation on the new uniform unified wage system.

As in Alfa-HRMS there was already necessary functionality, the decision to postpone implementation of the automated time keeping to the end of the project thanks to the released project resources to the specified term to pass to payroll at once in a new system was made.

The flexibility of proposed solution and also presence at Informkontakt company of wide project experience of automation of the enterprises comparable in terms of the scope of allowed to the set term once to start payroll calculation on all divisions of plant.

At the moment the first stages of the project already yeilded to plant tangible results as due to optimization of work of services within a common information space, and due to reducing costs for maintenance of a big complex of narrowly targeted software packages.

In the closest plans of plant - inclusion of intra shop document flow and management of working time in a single system and expansion of a range of already used Alfa-HRMS functions.
