Zapsibnefteprodukt automated contractual document flow based on Directum

The Modern Technologies company completed the implementing solution "Template of a Contracted Work of TNK-BP "PIT"" based on DIRECTUM in Zapsibnefteprodukt LLC. This project is a part of large-scale replication of the solution at the enterprises of TNK-BP.

Zapsibnefteprodukt LLC – one of the sales enterprises TNK-BP. It provides with oil products the extracting, service enterprises of the company, partners and individuals in the Nizhnevartovsk region. One of the most important areas of work of the enterprise – the project on implementation of aviation fuel CU-1 to the airlines filling airplanes at the airport of Nizhnevartovsk.

Implementation of "A template of a contracted work of TNK-BP "PIT"" was performed within general strategy of development of the enterprise and also during large-scale process of replication of the sample solution at all enterprises TNK-BP of the Processing and Trade block. Project realizovyvalsyas beginnings of July of the current year by forces of specialists of Modern Technologies company, partner of DIRECTUM company.

Let's remind that "PIT Template" is the solution on work with contractual documents based on the DIRECTUM system for the enterprises of the block of processing and trade of TNK-BP. It is called:

• Reorganize business processes at the enterprises according to the unified schemes of processes of the regulatory base of contracting.
• Automate processes of approval of contractual documents, approvals of requests for payment and carrying out the contractual commissions.

Remote work with agreements is organized through terminal access (Citrix).

Thus, as a result of project implementation a contracted work of Zapsibnefteprodukt LLC is completely automated, time for approval of documents both in the company, and with the Corporate center was reduced, employees had an opportunity to address quickly agreements and to monitor quickly their execution. All work with contractual documents is conducted according to the general standards and rules of TNK-BP now.
