Description
For conducting personnel records and calculation of ZP at the enterprise software products of own development to the EU were used by a computer. With respect thereto there were following problems:
- the complexity of support of a system according to often changing legislation – completions needed to be done independently and in a short time;
- low reliability of a system – at serious breakdown of the EU the computer could not unroll a system on other technical platform;
- separation of data – HR records and calculation of ZP were conducted in two different systems;
- the large volume of paper documents – since all report forms with the EU computers were printed by the staff of department of an ACS on paper then were transferred to users of a system for the analysis.
Initial data at the beginning of works:
- 6000 employees;
- 100 structural divisions;
- 60 different working schedules;
- 1000 names of professions;
- 360 types of charges;
- 30 deduction types;
- more than 100 forms of the internal and regulated reporting;
- exchange with external systems;
- harmful working conditions and the specialized reporting in the pension fund.
Works began in November, 2009 and were carried out in several steps:
- Inspection (November, 2009);
- Transfer of personnel data and development of minimum necessary functionality for start of personnel records (December, 2010);
- Trial operation of personnel records (January, 2010);
- Trial operation of calculation of ZP (March, 2010);
- Commercial operation of personnel records (May, 2010);
- Commercial operation of calculation of ZP (July, 2010);
- Development of report forms, support in the mode of commercial operation (since July, 2010).
Along with input of a system in commercial operation an old system to the EU by a computer was stopped on July 1, 2010. In a system based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" more than 40 users in divisions regularly work:
- personnel department;
- pension bureau of personnel department;
- settlement accounting;
- department of training;
- department of job management;
- office;
- security service;
- factory clinic.
For reflection of specifics of the enterprise are added to the standard solution:
- mechanism of approval of documents by structural divisions;
- calculation more than 50 types of charges which are not possible for configuring standard means;
- more than 80 non-standard report forms;
- about 30 standard reports in a configuration are finished;
- unloading of the pension reporting according to requirements of the pension fund to the enterprises with harmful working conditions is developed;
- data exchange with the system of calculation of dresses for price-work ZP.
