WAY-GROUP (WEI-Group) (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

In 2010 UK "Wei-Group" made the decision on transition of a business and tax accounting system to the new level of automation – the new platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and the relevant configuration "Salary and Personnel Management". This solution was dictated by need of use of more modern system for personnel records and payroll more than 170 employees of the company which is timely reacting to permanent changes of the legislation of the Russian Federation and also technical inexpediency of further use of an outdated system on the new equipment with modern program providing.

Possibilities of the software product:

• support of uniform standards and principles of conducting personnel records and payroll, reporting preparation;
• considerable decrease in terms of preparation of the regulated reporting due to acceleration of process of collecting and preparation of information;

The general methodology of conducting personnel records and payroll was already worked out in Wei-Group group for the period of business activities and it was completely implemented in standard functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. It was only required to train users correctly to use available the tool for implementation of the current tasks.

Specialists of Spiny Dogfish of PSK company transferred remaining balance and reference books on BTK Wei-Group LLC company to a new information system and provided corporate user training at the rate of "Conducting the regulated personnel records and payroll in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.

In total 50 jobs are automated
