The Federal Tax Service completed an open competition on execution of works on development and deployment of a universal user interface in central office of FTS. According to the results of tender the public contract was signed with ELAR corporation.
The Universal User Interface (UUI) represents the subsystem allowing to perform all traditional operations with documents in the existing EDMS. UIP is intended for providing online access to documents, contains the convenient mechanism for their search and filtering. Implementation of a subsystem will allow to increase employee performance of central office of FTS and also to reduce terms of preparation and approval of documents.
The ELAR corporation will complete works on improvement of a process management system of document handling and control of their execution in FTS to the middle of December, 2011.
