Monitoring system of a server framework of Southwest bank of Sberbank of Russia

The I-Teco company expanded functionality of a monitoring system of IT infrastructure of Southwest bank of Sberbank of Russia, having implemented the module of HP System Availability Management. Thanks to start of the new module a system performs monitoring practically of all basic elements of IT infrastructure – about two hundred servers, a number of databases, about two thousand indicators about operation of server platforms and applications are used.

"A large number of the preconfigured templates allowing to start quickly monitoring of the most critical systems using best practices is provided in the updated monitoring system. Data retrieveds are presented in the evident form on the portal, access to which can be opened for employees of the bank according to their user roles, – the project manager from I-Teco company Ilya Kiselyov says. – Now specialists in planning and operation of the IT environment of bank will be able comprehensively and continuously to receive reports on a current status of critical elements of IT infrastructure and quickly to react to potential problems before they begin to affect negatively work".

The solution implemented by I-Teco allows to fix indicators of the server systems without installation of the additional software of the third producers (an agentless method) that considerably simplifies start of a system, reduces the cost of its maintenance and also risk of emergence of problems and failures in work of software.
