Leningrad NPP (Global-Salary)

The Business of Technology company completed on the Leningrad NPP input in commercial operation of software products on payroll and automation of personnel management ((Global-Salary and Global-HRM). Full automation of payroll for more than 7000 employees became result of this large-scale project.

The implemented software package covered the following sections of activity at the enterprise: personnel records, personnel document flow, time keeping and drawing up working schedules, personnel management (personnel management), payroll, calculation of tax deductions, reporting in RPF and FTS. Thanks to uniform technology of the platform, these products are most closely integrated with other subsystems of accounting at the enterprise – accounting and financial, earlier automated by Business of Technology company.

Today users of a complex daily are about 40 people. The total quantity registered in a user part on section "The personnel and the salary" makes more than 90 people. Implementation of subsystems of personnel management of the GLOBAL System at the enterprise began in September, 2006, after the termination of a stage detailed business - diagnostics of all involved services the enterprise, reengineering and business process optimization of section "Payroll and personnel records". Thus, aggregate term of start of a system on all corresponding sections made about four months.
