The information system is intended for control automation by the federal target programs (FTP).
Scope of a system is activity of administrative structures (the state customers coordinators, the state customers and specialized directorates) which are responsible for implementation of federal target programs.
Regarding management of the FTP a system implements the following functions:
- control of implementation of programs;
- preparation and carrying out tenders according to requirements of Federal law No. 94-FZ;
- independent examination of requests;
- signing of the contracts;
- examination of reporting documents and results of works;
- the publication of information on order placement on the official site of the Russian Federation for placement of information on order placement;
- transfer and the publication in open access of data on the contracts signed based on the held competitions.
