Tinkoff Credit Systems (Oracle Siebel CRM)

In the middle of June, 2011 the complex IC, including a BPM system (now carries the name IBM Business Process Manager or IBM BPM is short), a BRM system – IBM WebSphere ILOG JRules BRMS, the integration platform – WebSphere ESB, was put into commercial operation. It should be noted that within the project a BPM system was integrated through ESB with all main systems of bank: A CRM system of Siebel, the core banking system, the analytical system of SAS, internal databases and also with external systems of BKI.
