The project of replication of the solution "Personnel management" based on SAP HCM on all affiliated enterprises of group.
In 2008 ALEKTA together with MOLGA company executed the project of replication of the standard project solution on personnel management and payroll on the basis of the SAP HCM system in branches and affiliated enterprises of JSC SUEK.
Specialists of ALEKTA company executed inspection of all 37 enterprises included in the project of replication, developed recommendations about uniform methodology and about unification of business processes in the field of personnel management and payroll, provided user training, participated in process of data migration and support of trial operation.
