Ural bank of Sberbank of Russia (T-soft Mediation Platform)

The T-soft company completed the project on modification of a billing system of "The Ural bank of Sberbank of Russia".

For last five years of operation of earlier billing system of Phonekeeper installed in bank there was a need of the solution of a number of new tasks. Among them were the most important: replacement to the current version of software with migration of the database and connection to a billing system of 20 bank branches for the purpose of effective control of telephone traffic.

The standard solution of a problem of carrying out billing for branch networks of large corporate clients is application T-soft of Mediation Platform — the universal platform of prebilling. This solution of the class Mediation from "T-software" showed high efficiency on networks of tens of large corporations and telecom operators of Russia and the CIS, claim in the company. The maximum number of the switches which are earlier connected to billing through this subsystem reached 200. Thus, connection of the network built, mainly, based on telephone exchanges of AVAYA did not cause special difficulties, says "T-software".

According to the company, Sberbank of Russia is more than 10 years one of key clients. Billing systems "T-software" successfully work not only in a number of regional banks, but also in central office of bank in Moscow.
