Advanta Group has implemented a phased project management system in OJSC Middle Urals Development Corporation.

The corporation occupies one of the most important places in the development of the Sverdlovsk region. Her area of ​ ​ interest is the improvement of investment infrastructure, investment projects, development programs and investment consulting. A large number of large-scale projects are being developed that require streamlining and a structured database. Without a project management system, it is impossible to monitor organizational activities, the processing time of documents is increased, there is no possibility of managing risks.

OJSC Middle Urals Development Corporation has completed the implementation of A2 project management system in its structure. Today there is a decomposition of projects. They are entered into the system, divided into tasks and works, which are distributed among departments. There is a set of corporate regulations for which project information is entered into the system. Each project has a plan for management, approval, financing of estimated works and permits.

Users quickly learned how to conduct project activities in the system. At the very beginning, employees enthusiastically adopted a management system, but after the expiration of time, A2 became an indispensable tool in daily work. The management of the corporation issued several orders, according to which employees who have passed the test and confirmed the level of knowledge are allowed to work in the system.

The A2 system allowed OJSC Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals not only to get a powerful tool for managing project activities, but also to increase the organization's manageability. In a short time, organizational and administrative projects, such as CRM implementation, business process management, and ongoing internal activities, were transferred to the system. The corporation maintains a register of real estate in the Sverdlovsk region.

A2 easily structured all this data and helped organize project planning. The entire document flow is now concentrated in the system, all orders and tasks will be distributed and certified electronically.

OJSC "Corporation for the Development of the Middle Urals" successfully systematizes its activities in A2. The system is open to external access, allowing managers to assess the situation from any city. In the near future, a second major phase of implementation is planned, the module for accounting for the budget component of the project will be set up: tracking expected results, accounting for funding, and risk management.
