On November 17, 2011 in Almetyevsk within the "Award Enforcement of SAP in the Companies of an Oil and Gas Sector" Conference dated for the 10 anniversary of a system of SAP in JSC Tatneft demonstration of the Russia's first implementing solution "Management of a Talent Pool of the Enterprise" based on NAKISA took place.
Demonstration took place within the debatable session "SAP HR: "From the accounting system to a personnel management system".
The "Management of a Talent Pool of the Enterprise" project based on NAKISA is implemented by Energy Consulting for JSC Tatneft and provides the solution of the following business challenges of the client:
