Northern Domodedovo (IMaint)

The ant Technologies company completed the "pilot" project on implementation of the iMaint EAM system for management of maintenance and repairs in the production and logistic complex "Northern Domodedovo" which is under control of the company "I.Q. Property Management. Open operational systems".

Within operation of a different real estate the customer should provide smooth functioning of a large number of the diverse equipment (vent systems, fire extinguishing systems, conditioning systems, electrical systems, thermal points and so forth). It is supposed that process automation of a MRO will allow to bring technical control by processes of service of all park of the equipment to the level of international standards, and planning of preventive maintenance will provide to the company the general reduction of operating costs.

The "pilot" project was performed at the Moscow office of customer company and covered service management of both assets of the most logistic park "Northern Domodedovo", and the equipment of his tenants. During the project the analysis of business needs of the customer was made, setup and completion of a system is made. The additional functionality of the solution allows to estimate quality and time of works, to collect necessary statistics. The Internet and mobile versions of a system are prepared, features according to the notification of technicians about the new work request by the SMS and e-mail in the manual and automatic mode are added.

During 2008-2009 the customer is going to pass to the centralized service of all the regional objects that assumes acquisition to 100 licenses of an EAM system.
